LogMyData Device Manager for LonWorks
The LogMyData® Data Manager for LonWorks, model DM2-LON supports remote monitoring for up to 50 LonWorks devices, or up to 1000 network variables. LonWorks network connection is TP/FT-10.
The model DM2-LON accesses LonWorks devices using polled unbound network variable access. This means you do not need any network management tools to connect LonWorks devices to the DM2-LON.
You do have the option of adding remote monitoring to a managed network. Simply set the DM2-LON's address table to be on the same domain, use "Get" configuration rather than "Set" configuration for the devices, and begin polling those devices that are managed by an external network management tool.

LogMyData Device Manager for Modbus
The LogMyData® Data Manager for Modbus, model DM2-MOD supports remote monitoring for Modbus RTU (RS485) and Modbus TCP devices. The Data Manager can act as master or slave. It can poll Modbus devices, or your PLC can treat the Data Manager as a slave device.
The model DM2-MOD supports all types of Modbus registers, using Modicon, extended Modicon, or Modbus protocol spec notation conventions. When acting as a master, the Data Manager is continuously polling your Modbus slave devices, and checking data against thresholds you set. When a threshold is exceeded, this "event" is reported to the server for alert notification. The Data Manager can also periodically log data without any alarm or alert designation.

Device Managers for Other Protocols
Many of the i.CanDoIt web server devices from Control Solutions all include Data Manager support already. These devices may be used to remotely monitor any Modbus device.
Device Manager support for BACnet is currently in development.
