User level access may be assigned to anyone who has a need to see certain information that is relevant to the User's job role. User level is most restricted, and allows visibility of only those points permitted by the User's access level.
Manager level access allows full visibility of the entire site and all data points. In addition, the Manager can acknowledge and reset alarms, post service logs, and upload documents.
Account Administrator access has the maximum level of access. The Account Administrator can see and do everything a User or Manager can. In addition, Admin can reconfigure hardware, set alarm thresholds, add and delete alarm rules, add users to the account and manage access levels for all other users. Only a limited number of knowledgeable users should be assigned to this level.
