The Account Administrator has the ability to add new users to the account. Upon clicking the Users tab, the list of users is shown as illustrated below. Users can be temporarily suspended or deleted permanently by checking the box and clicking the applicable button. Click on a user name to configure that particular user's settings.

The individual user settings are shown below. The SMS number is used to send SMS messages for alert notifications. The Phone number is used for the voice call version of alert notifications. These numbers may be the same. The email address is where email alert notifications will be sent for this user.

If this user is a standard "User", the user level will determine which pages are accessible to this user on his/her Status and Levels dashboard pages. Managers have access to all Status and Levels pages, plus additional information pages. Account Admin has access to everything, but do not change your permission level if you are the Account Admin - you will lock yourself out.

Portal entry point, when implemented, will direct the user to a specific page on the portal upon login.

System status reports are a daily report listing all devices and their current status. Typically only an administrator would receive this.

Escalation level is the number of times a notification is repeated before this user is included on the distribution list.
