LogMyData.com Device ISP for remote montioring

The Manager level of access provides access to the entire list of alarms known to the remote monitoring device. They are listed when you click on Alarms under the Devices tab. Here is where you can manually force reset of any alarms. Click on the alarm name (data label) to get to the view of the full configuration of that alarm.

Upon clicking on an alarm name above, you will be taken to the configuration overview below. Any recent alerts are listed, and they will be indicated as still active if applicable. If active, it will be indicated. Click on an active alert to go to the acknowledge page.

In addition to seeing active alerts on the Alarm Rule page, you will find active alerts listed under the Alerts sub-menu on the Dashboard tab, and under Alerts ON on the Devices tab. Click on the alarm name, or alarm ID, to get to the acknowledge page shown below.

The alert acknowledge page is where you need to go to stop repeated alert notifications if the acknowledge repeat has been set to any nonzero value enableing the repeat. You will normally not need to force a reset (this will happen when the remote monitoring device detects that the condition has been resolved). You do need to acknowledge the alert to stop the repeates of the notification. Along with checking the acknowledge box, enter a "title" or very brief summary of your note, along with a more detailed note if desired. These acknowledgements and notes may be reviewed later.
