The manager view of of the top level dashboard is very much like the user view discussed further below. There is an additional tab, Devices, and an additional sub-menu option, Alerts.

The manager can click on Alerts to see a list of all current alert notifications, as illustrated below.

Click on the Devices tab to go to a set of menus related to device management.
