The first page to appear when clicking on the Devices tab, when logged in as Manager, is the Diagnostics page. This page shows an overview of site settings, and provides access to certain device management functions.

The buttons that appear here will vary by device and by service selections. If the monitoring device does not have GPS, but does have a real time clock, check the Resynchronize box and click Update to reset its time the next time it calls in.

You can force a cellular device to call in now rather than at the end of its next report timeout period by clicking the Connect Now button.
